Sequoia Ridge is a community of 83 homes nestled behind a stand of giant sequoia trees in Tualatin, Oregon — a southwestern suburb in the Portland metropolitan area. While most of Tualatin is in Oregon’s Washington County, Sequoia Ridge is located in the small, eastern portion of the town that juts into Clackamas County.
The Sequoia Ridge Homeowners Association was founded in 1999. It is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) that serve to preserve standards of high quality property maintenance and appearance.
